These general terms and conditions of sale govern the relationship between
Les médias associés – 53 grand rue – 67500 Haguenau – France , and IBA in after referred to as “the seller,” and any individual or entity, hereinafter referred to as “the buyer,” wishing to make an online reservation for IFIS on ifis.world, here in after referred to as “the site.”

Object
1.1 These general terms and conditions of sale aim to define the terms and conditions of online sales and reservations on the ifis.world site for International Food Ionizing Processins Symposium.

1.2 By making a reservation on the site, the buyer acknowledges having read and accepted these general terms and conditions of sale without reservation.

Reservation
2.1 The buyer can make an online reservation by selecting the desired event and following the instructions on the site.

2.2 The reservation is considered firm and final upon receipt of full payment of the amount due.

Price and Payment
3.1 The prices of IFIS are indicated on the site and are stated in dollars, inclusive of all taxes, unless otherwise specified.

3.2 Payment is made through PayPal, a secure online payment solution. The buyer must have a valid PayPal account to complete the payment.

3.3 The buyer is responsible for all fees associated with the transaction made through PayPal, including currency conversion fees, if applicable.

Reservation Confirmation
4.1 Once the payment is successfully completed, the buyer will receive a reservation confirmation via email at the address provided during the reservation process. This confirmation will serve as proof of reservation.

4.2 It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information in the reservation confirmation and to contact the seller immediately in case of any errors or discrepancies.

Cancellation and Refund
5.1 Any request for reservation cancellation must be submitted in writing to the seller.

5.2 The cancellation and refund policies are specified for each event and may vary depending on the policies set by the organizers.

5.3 In case of cancellation before the specified cancellation deadline, the buyer may be eligible for a partial or full refund, in accordance with the specific conditions of the event.

Responsibilities
6.1 The seller undertakes to make all reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and quality of the reserved services.

6.2 The seller disclaims any responsibility in the event of event cancellation, modification, or postponement for reasons beyond its control.

6.3 The seller is not responsible for any technical issues related to payment via PayPal. Any claims regarding such issues should be addressed directly to PayPal, in accordance with their own terms of use.

6.4 The buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the reservation process. The seller disclaims any liability for non-receipt of the reservation confirmation due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the buyer.

6.5 The buyer is solely responsible for the use of the reserved services and agrees to comply with all applicable rules and regulations during the event.

Intellectual Property
7.1 All content on the ifis.world site, such as text, images, logos, videos, trademarks, is the exclusive intellectual property of the seller or its partners. Any unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.

Personal Data Protection
8.1 The seller is committed to complying with the legal provisions on personal data protection. The information collected during the reservation process will only be used for the purpose of providing the reserved services and will not be disclosed to third parties, unless required by law.

Changes to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
9.1 The seller reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time. The modifications will be published on the site and will be effective from the date of their publication
